Directions

From Athens…

  • Go down Hwy 29 from Athens through Danielsville and onto Royston. (appx. 22 miles)
  • At the 2nd light in Royston (Hwy 17) turn right towards Bowman/Elberton.
  • Approx. 4 miles you will see Corinth Church Road on the Right and a White Pleasant Grove Church sign.  Turn there.
  • About ¾ mile on the left will be Pleasant Grove Road with another White Pleasant Grove sign.  Turn here.
  • Pleasant Grove will be on your right.

    • From Madison County…
    Hwy. 172 toward Bowman. After you cross Broad River into Elbert County, turn the second paved road on the left. That will be Corinth Church Road. Go approx. 1 mile and turn right on to Pleasant Grove Road. There is a Pleasant Grove sign there. Go straight at the four way stop and the church will be on your left.

    From Atlanta
    Travel North on I-85 to Exit 160. Turn right on Hwy 51 and travel to dead end. Turn right onto Hwy 145 and travel approx. 2 miles to Hwy 29. Turn left on Hwy 29 and go through Franklin Springs to Royston. Turn right at the red light onto Hwy 17. Travel approx. 4 miles to Vanna. Turn right onto Corinth Church Road and follow Pleasant Grove Baptist Church signs.  

    From Royston
    Travel 3 miles east on Hwy 17 toward Bowman. Right on Corinth Church Rd. Follow white church signs.

    From Bowman
    Travel 1 mile North on Hwy 17 toward Royston.  Left on Five Forks Rd. Follow white church signs.
