Joyce Parr Britt is 60 years old and now splits residence between Gwinnett and Hart County, Georgia. Married for 26 years to Thomas Carlton Parr, father of her 2 sons, Scott and Andrew who both reside in Dacula, Ga. with their families. Widowed at the age of 40 but after 7 years married Billy Britt in 1996, a widowed minister at Hebron Baptist church where she attended. They now have a total of 4 sons, 5 grandsons and one precious granddaughter. They have been married for 12 glorious years. Joyce worked for 20 years with Standard Office Systems in Norcross, GA. as Sales Representative and Major Account Representative. After retiring in 2003, she continued working in the Gwinnett area serving on boards and in organizations to offer support and encouragement to organizations and individuals. She has served and worked with the Gwinnett Sexual Assault and Children’s Advocacy Center since 1997. She serves as board member on the Jackson EMC Round-up Program since inception of the program in 2007. She also serves on the Gwinnett Coalition of Health and Human Services where organizations cooperate in finding challenges and creating solutions in Gwinnett County that affect the health of the county and community. Joyce and Billy are currently serving in their ministry at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Bowman, GA. She loves people and especially enjoys spending time with ladies just hanging out, shopping, eating and laughing
