What to Expect

What is the style of your worship services?
Our Sunday service features relevant blended music, video, art and a message allowing you to authentically experience God. After a service hang out at our Guest Reception area and meet some of the wonderful people at Pleasant Grove.

What should I wear?
Whatever you normally wear. We are more concerned with meeting you than with what you wear. At Pleasant Grove you’ll see nearly every style of clothing. Just don’t wear a tie unless you want us to know you’re a visitor!

How do I get there?
We are located at 2537 Pleasant Grove Road, Bowman, Ga. 30624. We are approximately 7 miles south of Royston, Ga. Off Hwy 17 South, turn right on to Corinth Church Road. Turn left on the 3rd paved road. That will be Pleasant Grove Road. The church is located 1 mile on the right.

Where do I go when I first arrive on your campus?
From the moment you pull onto campus, our parking team and greeters will help you find your way. If you have elementary age or younger children park at the Worship Center and one of our greeters will escort you to the children’s building or you can park at the children’s building, check your children in and our greeters will escort you to a class. Ministry staff will welcome your children with open arms. If you have middle or high school students, their classes are in Building A (the brick building). Most of our adult classes are in building E which is located next to the children’s building with the exception of the young couples in the gym and the senior adults in Bldg. B. If you have questions stop by the Welcome Center in our Worship Center. Our Welcome Center staff will be happy to help you.

What if my children need me while I’m in the service?
Each week when your child checks in and you will receive a security tag. On that tag will be a code. If your child needs you during the service, your child’s code will appear on the screens in the Worship Center.
